Coffee Ice Cream
Lynn and I have both become coffee snobs, so it is only natural to make coffee ice cream. This ice cream was made using Trung Nguyen G7 Pure Black instant coffee and had a strong coffee flavor.

Peanut Butter Birthday Cake
When your newest teenager requests a peanut butter cake for his birthday, you go overboard and make a peanut butter cake with peanut butter and chocolate frosting, Reese's peanut butter cups, peanut butter ice cream, and chocolate magic shell!

This week we have pictures of many, many plants and animals: cactus flowers, tree flowers, birds, bunnies, and a sunset. We haven't done very much on the homestead this week, but it certainly has given back to us in the form of beautiful things.

Double Chocolate Ice Cream
This Double Chocolate Ice Cream uses two kinds of chocolate. It has cocoa powder and dark chocolate. I used 100% cacoa chocolate bars in the ice cream which made a dark, rich, and somewhat bitter ice cream. The whole family greatly enjoyed the this ice cream.
