This past Friday's bake was macarons! It went a lot smoother than the first time I made them and they turned out just as pretty too.
In this post, I try my hand at making lemon curd and lemon peel to go along with the mascarpone cheese I made in a previous post. These will all come together in a mystery dessert. Hopefully.
I had never heard of macarons before I watched the Great British Bake-off. I only knew once I saw them that I HAD to try making them.
