In this post, I try my hand at making lemon curd and lemon peel to go along with the mascarpone cheese I made in a previous post. These will all come together in a mystery dessert. Hopefully.

My first attempt at making mascarpone cheese was a fail. It took me a while to decide to try it again. I also had to make sure I had enough time to finish making it. It turned out to be a lot easier than I thought it would be! Uses whole milk, heavy whipping cream, and tartaric acid.
My goal: Bake 40 scones of 5 different flavors in about 3 hours. It was definitely scone crazy!
In this LEGO Challenge, our kids build the Eiffel Tower. We showed them pictures of the Eiffel Tower and then asked them to mimic the design.
This is my favorite Hawaiian Sweet Bread recipe! It is great for our large family because it makes multiple loaves, two loaves and one batch of rolls, or go with all rolls. It can't be made in the breadmaker because of the volume of the dough, but it is worth the effort.
