Fried Avocado and Jalapeno Tacos
We combined fried avocado, fried jalapeno, black beans, chipotle lime ranch, lettuce, and cheese to make avocado and jalapeno tacos. A tasty vegetarian meal... though I'm not sure how good it is for you since it has fried avocado and jalapeno in it!
